The target group here will comprise of staff at the old age care and the inmates. Though the main focus of the activity is supposed to be the staff at the old care, however without the participation of inmates at these old age cares, the fulfillment of objective would be shallow and in order to have a long lasting and desirable effect of this activity on the employees, it is essential to involve the inhabitants also. Moreover, the target group for this activity should comprise of al the employees irrespective of their post and stature.
Demographically the target group must comprise of employees from high, medium and low income group, males and females, people with high, medium and low level of education.
The perceived benefits of attending this activity are as follows-
- Building of trust among participants which as the name suggests is one of the basic features of this activity.
- Better communication is established among the persons who take part in this activity.
- Development of trust will lead to building of empathy in staff members at old age care which will drive them to serve the old people with more compassion.

Trust is very important in the scenario under study as trust would help the staff members at old age care to perform their duties better. The trust hence developed will lead to empathy. It will also ensure that the inmates at the old age care have better and enjoyable time their if they trust the staff.
- Better communication among the target group- The success of this activity is very much dependent upon effective communication among the people. This activity will help participants to understand the way other people understand situations . It will help them notice the way people want things to be heard rather than the way we communicate it to them.
- Leadership and Teamwork development- Since this activity is to be performed as a team ,thus it ensures infusion of better team-working characteristics among the participants. Also during the coarse of the activity as a secondary development, few people tend to emerge as leaders and thus this activity helps us in identifying potential future leaders.
