Though the main focus of the activity is supposed to be the staff at the old care, however without the participation of inmates at these old age cares, the fulfillment of objective would be shallow and in order to have a long lasting and desirable effect of this activity on the employees, it is essential to involve the inhabitants also. Moreover, the target group for this activity should comprise of al the employees irrespective of their post and stature.
